Next Working Day Delivery is NOT available for delivery in the Scottish Highlands or Islands or any Off Shore post codes i.e Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Wight. Please select Standard delivery for these locations.
Deliveries are NOT made on Bank Holidays or Weekends
The majority of parcels sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail. The sender has the opportunity at the check out to nominate a SAFE PLACE for their parcel to be left. If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted a 'While you were out' card will be left detailing where the parcel can be collected from - this is usually your local Royal Mail depot.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 24hrs Mon to Thurs but this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch in busy periods . Orders placed on a Friday are not normally sent out until the following Monday but we will try our best to send all orders out as soon as possible.
If for some reason you find your delivered products are damaged or broken please contact us within 24 hrs to arrange return of the damaged goods and we will then arrange for a refund or replacement.
If you are a new customer to our site you will be prompted to create an account during the check out process. This will enable you to save address details for future use and to keep an eye on the progress of your order. For security reasons we never save payment details.
Should your parcel be returned to us for any reason, for example due to a wrong post code or incomplete address, addressee gone away or not called for you, the sender will be liable to pay a re send charge of £5.00. We will notify you of any returns and ask you to contact us with your payment details in order for us to re send the parcel for you with the correct details.
